Pricing FAQ
What counts as an "Event Day"?
One calendar day of track activity. A Saturday/Sunday HPDE is 2 event days ($98 total). A 3-day club racing weekend is 3 event days ($147 total). No per-driver or per-message fees.
When do I pay?
Upfront, when you create the event. Select your dates, pay the one-time fee, and your event goes live. No surprise charges during or after the event.
Why is the first event free?
So you can run a real event before you spend a dime. Import your roster, build your schedule, broadcast to drivers. If it works for you, pay for the next one.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The per-day price covers everything in the included list: unlimited drivers, unlimited messages, full platform access. No setup fees, no overage charges. Optional add-ons like Event Glovebox are listed separately at checkout, and you only pay for them if you choose them.
What if I need to cancel my event?
A refund or a credit, depending on timing. Email support@tracktimealerts.com. More than 48 hours out, take a refund (minus processing fees) or a full-value event day credit. Inside 48 hours, we issue a credit good for 12 months. Postponing instead? Just move the dates — that costs nothing. See the Refund Policy.
What if my event gets rained out?
You get the day back. Rain-outs happen the morning of, so the 48-hour rule doesn't apply — send us the cancellation notice you sent your drivers and we'll credit every event day that didn't run. Credits are good for 12 months.
