Account and Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users of the Track Time Alerts platform (the "Platform"), including the Track Time Alerts mobile application, may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. It is provided by Off Camber LLC ("Off Camber," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Platform, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the Privacy Policy.
1. How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, send an email to:

- The subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- The full name associated with your account
- The email address associated with your account (the email address at which you receive event notifications)
We may contact you at the email address on file to confirm your identity before processing the request. This verification step protects your account against unauthorized or fraudulent deletion requests.
2. Who May Submit a Request
Any driver, event participant, administrator, or event coordinator with an active or prior record on the Platform may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Drivers and participants do not independently create accounts; access is provided through enrollment by an administrator using the driver's email address. A deletion request may be submitted regardless of how the account was originally created.
3. What Data Is Deleted
Upon verification and completion of a deletion request, Off Camber LLC will delete or de-identify the personal data we hold that is associated with your account, including:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your communication preferences (email and push notification settings)
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers associated with your account
- Any profile photo and vehicle photo you have uploaded
- Authentication identifiers associated with your account
4. What Data May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained after account deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, or is reasonably necessary for legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Records required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
- Transaction and payment records required to substantiate completed financial transactions (full payment card details are never stored by Off Camber LLC)
- Information reasonably necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain the security and integrity of the Platform
Where data is retained for these purposes, it is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary and is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Event and historical records that do not identify you may be retained in de-identified form.
5. Effect of Deletion
Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Following deletion, you will no longer receive event notifications, and you will lose access to any prior event data associated with your account. If you are enrolled in a future event after deletion, a new record will be created using the email address provided by the administrator at that time.
6. Processing Timeframe
We will acknowledge verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and will complete deletion within thirty (30) days of verifying the request, except where a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law. If we are unable to complete a request within this timeframe, we will inform you of the reason and the expected completion date.
